Due to the nature of our products — which are prescription-grade, compounded medications prepared specifically for each individual client by a licensed pharmacy — we maintain a strict refund and returns policy as outlined below.

No Returns on Dispensed Medications

For safety, health, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any medication or peptide product once it has been dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy partner. All sales of dispensed medications are final.

Cancellations Before Fulfillment

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at elevehealthco@gmail.com before your protocol has been sent to our pharmacy for fulfillment. If your order has not yet been dispensed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elevehealthco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment at our discretion.

Medical Intake Fees

Any fees associated with the medical intake review process are non-refundable once the review has been completed by our Medical Director, regardless of whether a protocol is approved or denied.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Elevé Health Co.
